I signed up for the 3 day Elite Legacy training seminar. For $700 they tell you that you will be trained in different real estate strategies. When you go it’s 3 days of hard sales and them trying to pitch you into spending 15,000-50,000 to actually be trained in real...

I have just completed the elite legacy course in Southampton and it cost £997, someone else paid £500 - inconsistent. The second day was mixed between training and hard sales. The prices for a platinum package for a couple was approx £30,000. Now for a person who is...

I attended the Free seminar and my hubby booked for the 2-day foundation course. I found that the facilitators were more motivational marketers than teachers. Indepth information is rushed through and the slides moved on before I could copy. Mostly chatting about superficial topics.

All I can say is be careful.. don't be the same sheep these trainers are claiming you are. The tactics of calling you afraid or *** for not signing up for theses additional trainings are sad let just face it the three day training workshop is not training at all it just a big infomercial classic bait and Swicth . Iam not saying that the system don't work but the way they selling it is disgraceful

Legacy Education Alliance Seminar Review

Legacy Education Alliance
#1003496
Just got back from the second class. It was waist of my time. Each class is a sales pitch to get you to buy the next one and they get more expensive. By the way at the end of each class they tell you you need more education and mentoring that they will be happy to provide it for a fee. 98% of three days was targeting people to enroll in next class. By the end of it nobody new how to do it.

This company is the biggest scam. Luckily I didn’t lose too much money with the company. After attending their free seminar, I paid $700 for a three day real estate investing course, which was just another sales pitch for purchasing $10,000-$40,000 worth in Legacy...

And on top of that, the three day course included one on one “advising” for each individuals 2 year plan. This was actually just a 15 minute, personalized sales pitch where I ...

I paid for the 3 day event and was expecting to learn more about real estate investing. I have some experience with a few properties that generate a very good cash flow and I am always open to learning more. I have read most of the Rich Dad books and was looking...

I really wish I read some reviews before buying. They’re total scam artists. I wonder if they have that listed in their portfolio as well

Total waste of time and money. It was a sales pitch for training that costs thousands of dollars. They have no intention of teaching you anything about real estate or investing. They just want to manipulate you into buying additional training that is very expensive....

However, please if you don't intend leaving the weekend 25k short (yes, this is how much their further training costs!!) remember that - if you're new to this, start first. start somewhere, have a look. find networking events (there are!! meetup.com, PIN etc) research...
